30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your projector or accessories, you can return it for a refund or exchange — no questions asked.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in like-new condition, with original packaging, manuals, and all included accessories.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Some items (e.g. clearance, customized kits) may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees. See product page for details.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us at support@Robots.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Note: Returns without authorization may be refused.
Refunds & Processing
- Full refunds are issued for eligible returns in original condition.
- If the item is returned damaged, used, or missing parts, a partial refund may apply.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, defective product).
- If you received a free gift with your order, it must be returned along with the main item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first 30 days:
- Please contact us immediately with photos or a short video.
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.
Beyond 30 days, warranty terms from the product manufacturer will apply. We’re happy to assist in warranty coordination if needed.
International Orders
- Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
