UBTECH Cruzr 1S

The UBTECH Cruzr 1S is an intelligent commercial service robot designed for customer-facing environments in retail, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate settings. As part of UBTECH's professional service robot lineup, the Cruzr 1S combines a humanoid form factor with sophisticated AI capabilities to deliver engaging, multimodal interactions that enhance visitor experiences and streamline service operations.

The Cruzr 1S features an expressive face display capable of conveying emotions and reactions, making interactions feel natural and approachable. Its articulated arms enable gestural communication—pointing directions, waving greetings, and demonstrating products—while the humanoid silhouette creates an intuitive presence that guests find easy to engage with. The robot combines voice recognition, natural language processing, gesture control, and visual expression into a cohesive interaction experience.

Built for autonomous operation in commercial indoor spaces, the Cruzr 1S navigates using an array of onboard sensors including ultrasonic, infrared, and depth cameras. The robot maps its environment, plans efficient paths, and avoids obstacles in real-time, moving smoothly at speeds up to 1 m/s on its wheeled mobility base. At approximately 45 kg and standing 121.4 cm tall, the Cruzr 1S maintains a stable, professional presence without being physically imposing.

UBTECH's cloud-based management platform enables businesses to configure interaction scripts, schedule tasks, update content remotely, and monitor robot status across multiple units. The platform supports integration with existing business systems, allowing the Cruzr 1S to access real-time information for answering customer queries, checking schedules, or providing personalized recommendations.

Ideal deployment scenarios include hotel and resort lobbies, corporate reception areas, retail showrooms, exhibition halls, healthcare waiting rooms, and restaurant entrances. The Cruzr 1S excels at guest greeting, wayfinding assistance, product promotion, queue management, and information delivery—tasks that benefit from a friendly, tireless robotic ambassador.
