JAKA Zu18 is an 18 kg payload collaborative robot arm with 1073 mm reach and ±0.03 mm repeatability, designed for heavy industrial tasks including large-component palletizing, heavy machine tending, and high-force assembly operations. A step up from the Zu12, the Zu18 is suitable for automotive body shop applications, large-component logistics, and other high-payload collaborative automation scenarios. It shares the JAKA control ecosystem including App-based programming, touch pendants, and open ROS and Python SDK.
